Fabric hangar doors manufactured by PSK RATEL ENGINEERING LLC are designed and manufactured for aircraft hangars.

Three-section gates are mounted in gate openings measuring 37x14 meters. There are 2 gates installed in total.

For emergency opening in the event of a power failure, the drives are unlocked followed by manual opening.

The gate is controlled from the gate control panel, which has an authorized access key for the “turn on”, “open”, “close”, “emergency stop” buttons.

Thanks to the wind locks on the sides and the rubber seal at the bottom of the door leaf, a good seal is achieved and this type of door can be recommended for heated hangars for year-round use.

Hydraulic lift-and-turn gates manufactured by PSK RATEL ENGINEERING LLC installed at this facility are made using a sheathing made of sandwich panels filled with polyisocyanurate foam with translucent polycarbonate fragments. There are three gates with an opening width of 18 meters each. For emergency opening in the event of a power failure, a diesel generator connection is provided. Switching to backup power in the absence of the main power occurs manually. Gate control is carried out from the gate control panel with the authorized access key of the "turn on", "open", "close", "emergency stop" buttons. Thanks to brush seals on the sides and a rubber seal at the bottom of the door leaf, good sealing is achieved and this type of door can be recommended for heated hangars for year-round use.

Hydraulic lift-and-turn gates manufactured by LLC PSK RATEL ENGINEERING installed at this facility are made using PIR sandwich panel cladding. The gates are single-section - they open with a single leaf immediately for the entire width of the opening of 24 meters. For emergency opening in the event of a power failure, the drives are switched to backup hydraulics powered by 24 V from backup batteries. Switching to backup power in the absence of the main power occurs automatically. Gate control is carried out from the gate control panel with the authorized access key of the "turn on", "open", "close", "emergency stop" buttons. Thanks to brush seals on the sides and a rubber seal at the bottom of the door leaf, good sealing is achieved and this type of door can be recommended for heated hangars for year-round use.

The first option is single-section gates that open with a single leaf immediately for the entire width of the opening of 18 meters. The second option is two-section gates that open section by 12 meters, depending on the need to open the left or right side of the gate, and if you want to open the entire opening with a total width of 24 meters, the middle guide post is raised in semi-automatic mode. For emergency opening in the event of a power failure, the drives are unlocked with subsequent manual opening. Gate control is carried out from the gate control panel with the authorized access key of the "turn on", "open", "close", "emergency stop" buttons. The TVR-6 helicopter trolley with Agusta A 119 Koala helicopter adapter tows the helicopter easily and conveniently from the hangar to the take-off pad. It is serviced by one operator and easily overcomes obstacles in the form of small thresholds, drainage grids, inter-plate seams, etc., and can also tow aircraft along the surface with a slope of both positive and negative.

Helicopter trolley TVR-6 with adapters for full load towing of a helicopter with a Eurocopter EC130 ski chassis was manufactured by PSK RATEL ENGINEERING LLC, taking into account the wishes of the customer.

All batteries are located in the engine compartment. The width of the frame was xxx mm.

The customer chose a combination of black and yellow and we think that this combination looks very impressive. The driving wheel as well as the support rear wheels are made of molded rubber.

The TVR-6 helicopter trolley can be modified into a universal helicopter trolley with the ability to tow an aircraft by partial loading. This modification allows you to tow an aircraft with a wheeled chassis weighing up to 12 tons. The universal trolley is equipped with a special lifting platform (optionally with automatic grip) onto which the front wheel of the aircraft is also pulled by an electric actuator mounted on the frame. After fixing the wheel on the cargo platform, the hydraulic system lifts it and it becomes possible to tow the aircraft.
