LLC PSK "RATEL ENGINEERING" was formed as a diversified company specializing in the provision of services in the field of creating infrastructure for aviation, and as part of the development of the company, further development of new types of activities in related areas is taking place.
For 14 years, thanks to the high qualification of the RATEL team, design, architectural supervision, as well as construction, installation and commissioning works have been successfully carried out for the implementation of interesting aviation projects.
The experience of successful implementation of projects in Russia and the CIS countries allows us to guarantee strict observance of the deadlines for commissioning facilities and utilities.

Project work / one-time task, remote work

Development (adjustment) of hydraulic circuits (principle and connection diagrams) of lifting equipment; Carrying out hydraulic calculation of hydraulic circuits under development, calculations of drives and components in specialized programs; Carrying out thermal calculation of the developed hydraulic drive (if necessary); Development of design documentation (hydraulic diagrams, drawings, operational documentation) for hydraulic equipment in AutoCad (2D) and SolidWorks (3D, 2D), taking into account the requirements of ESKD; Development of piping in 3d and 2d; Selection of equipment and hydraulic elements (selection of components, hydraulic hoses, fittings and adapters), incl. h. Russian analogues of imported equipment, correspondence with the manufacturer (in English); preparation of design documentation; preparation of specifications; other engineering and technical tasks; preparation of instructions and user manuals for equipment and finished systems (if necessary); design of metal structures and parts within the framework of the project under development (if necessary).
